About these Terms

My Kennel: Dog Breeding Game is published by Mandy Palmer trading as Palmer Digital Studio.

These Terms apply when you download, access or use My Kennel, Kennel Community features or the MyKennelGame.com website.

By using these services, you agree to follow these Terms. If you are not legally able to agree to these Terms yourself, you should only use the services with the permission of a parent or guardian where required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms affects legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Using My Kennel

My Kennel is provided for personal entertainment. You may use the game through a supported device and a legitimate copy obtained through an authorised app store or distribution method.

You must not deliberately interfere with the game, its services, purchase systems, Community safety systems or protected Community transactions.

Gameplay rules, rewards, costs, timers, dog progression, breeding systems, events and other balancing may change as My Kennel is developed and updated.

Virtual currencies, resources and digital items

My Kennel includes virtual currencies, resources and digital game items. These can include Coins, Gems, Energy, Kennel Coins, dogs, consumable items, equipment, customisation items and other progression rewards.

Virtual currencies and digital items exist only within My Kennel. They are not legal currency, do not represent money held on your behalf and cannot be exchanged with Palmer Digital Studio for cash.

Some virtual items can be earned through gameplay and some may be available through optional purchases. Their availability, gameplay value, costs, rewards and uses may change as the game is updated or rebalanced.

You must not sell, transfer or trade My Kennel accounts, virtual currencies or digital items outside systems that are expressly provided within the game.

In-app purchases

My Kennel offers optional real-money purchases, including virtual currency packs and selected digital game items or dogs.

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and the game uses RevenueCat to communicate with those purchase systems.

The price and currency shown by the relevant app store at the time of purchase are the applicable purchase price. Billing, payment authorisation and applicable store refund processes are handled through the relevant platform.

Restore Purchases

The Shop includes Restore Purchases, which checks previous purchases through the purchase platform. This does not mean that every type of purchase can always be restored.

Consumable purchases such as Coins and Gems are normally granted when purchased. They may not be restorable after they have been consumed or after the relevant local game data has been removed.

If a completed purchase is missing, contact My Kennel Support before resetting the game.

Game progress and save data

Normal My Kennel gameplay information is stored primarily as local game data on your device.

You are responsible for using the game's supported controls carefully. The in-game Reset function is intended to remove normal game progress and should not be used as a troubleshooting step for missing progress or purchases.

If your dogs, currencies, purchases or other progress appear incorrect, contact support before deliberately clearing game data or using Reset.

Kennel Community accounts

Kennel Community is an optional online part of My Kennel. If you create a Community account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity carried out through your account.

Community account information is separate from your normal local My Kennel save.

Public Community information

Community features can display public information such as your display name, kennel name, avatar and public Community dog information to other Community players.

Choose public names and profile information carefully because they may be visible to other players.

Leaving Kennel Community

Leaving Kennel Community removes your public Community presence and closes or removes relevant Community activity, such as pending breeding requests and Stud Book listings. Normal local game progress is not deleted by leaving.

You may be able to rejoin Kennel Community later using the same protected Community identity.

Permanent Community account deletion

Permanent Community account deletion is different from leaving Community. It permanently deletes the Community sign-in and removes the public kennel. The deleted Community account cannot simply be rejoined later.

Normal local My Kennel game progress remains separate from Community account deletion.

A protected Community breeding that is already in progress must be completed before leaving or permanent account deletion can finish safely.

Community conduct and safety

Kennel Community is intended to be a safe place for players to discover kennels and use Community breeding features.

You must not use Community features to:

• use inappropriate public names;
• harass other players;
• send spam;
• cheat or deliberately manipulate Community systems;
• interfere with protected breeding transactions or account safety systems; or
• misuse blocking, reporting or other safety features.

Community includes blocking and reporting tools. Reports are private moderation records and may be reviewed to protect the service and other players.

We may restrict access to Community functionality where reasonably necessary to protect players, security, service integrity or enforce these Terms.

Stud Book and Community breeding

Sending a Stud Book breeding request does not itself spend Coins or Energy and does not start a pregnancy.

Accepting a breeding request records the Community breeding agreement but does not itself move Coins or Energy or start a pregnancy.

Where an accepted request can proceed, the requester must separately confirm the protected Community pregnancy start. The game shows the applicable in-game costs before that action is completed.

Protected Community breeding transactions are designed to prevent duplicate completion and preserve breeding and pedigree integrity. You must not attempt to bypass or manipulate those protections.

Service availability and updates

Some parts of My Kennel work locally while Kennel Community, purchases and other online features depend on external services and an internet connection.

Online features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, network problems, platform services, security work or updates.

We do not promise that every online feature will always be available without interruption.

My Kennel may be updated to add, remove, rebalance, repair or change game features. Where appropriate, significant public release changes are described on the Updates page.

Intellectual property

My Kennel, the MyKennelGame.com website, software, branding, interface designs, artwork, graphics, text and other content supplied as part of the services are owned by or licensed to Palmer Digital Studio or the relevant rights holder and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Your permission to use the game does not transfer ownership of My Kennel or its intellectual property to you.

You may use the game and website for their intended personal use, but you may not copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit protected My Kennel content unless you have permission or the law expressly allows it.

Information you provide

You remain responsible for information you provide through Community features. Where you submit or select public profile information, you give Palmer Digital Studio the limited permission needed to store, process and display that information for operating Kennel Community.

Consumer rights and responsibility

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing affects mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security for your device, app-store account and Kennel Community sign-in.

Where a problem occurs, please use the available support tools and contact us before taking destructive troubleshooting actions such as resetting the game.

Changes to these Terms

My Kennel will continue to develop. We may update these Terms when the game, Community features, purchase systems or legal requirements change.

The date at the top of this page shows when these Terms were last updated.
