If you want to permanently delete your Kennel Community account, use the Delete Kennel Community Account option inside My Kennel and complete the permanent deletion confirmations.
Leave Kennel Community removes your public Community presence but keeps the protected Community identity so you can rejoin later. Permanent account deletion removes the Community sign-in and old Community identity.

How to permanently delete your Kennel Community account
- Open My Kennel and go to your Kennel Community account screen.
- Choose Delete Kennel Community Account.
- Read the permanent deletion warning carefully.
- Choose Delete Account Permanently.
- Complete the final Delete Permanently confirmation.
Permanent deletion cannot be undone and the old Kennel Community identity cannot simply be rejoined afterwards.
You may create a completely new Kennel Community account later if you choose.

Leaving Kennel Community
If you only want to stop using Community without permanently deleting the Community account, use Leave Kennel Community.
Leaving Community:
- removes your kennel from public Community visibility;
- closes pending Community breeding requests;
- removes active Stud Book listings;
- stops Community syncing; and
- allows you to rejoin later using the same protected identity.
Leaving Community does not delete your normal local My Kennel game progress.

Your normal My Kennel save is separate
Permanent Kennel Community deletion does not itself delete your normal local My Kennel game save.
Your locally stored dogs, puppies, Coins, Gems, purchases and normal game progress remain separate from the Community account.
The game's normal Reset function is a separate destructive action and can remove local game progress. Use the dedicated Community deletion control instead.

What permanent Community deletion removes
The protected deletion process removes the Kennel Community authentication account and public Community profile.
Community-only relationships associated with the deleted account are also removed or closed as part of the deletion process. Active Stud Book listings are disabled.
The deleted email sign-in and old public Community identity cannot be used to rejoin that deleted account.

Anonymous technical history that may remain
Some anonymous technical breeding or pedigree history may need to remain after Community account deletion so completed cross-player breeding records and pedigrees remain valid for other players.
Where this applies, retained dog history is de-identified from the deleted account. The dog is no longer treated as an active kennel dog, its public image is removed and identifying display information is removed or replaced.
Technical breed, genetics, pedigree and protected transaction information may remain where required to preserve historical breeding integrity.

If a Community breeding is in progress
A protected Community breeding that is already in progress must be completed before leaving Kennel Community or permanent account deletion can finish safely.
Complete the active Community breeding first, then return to the Community account screen and try the leave or deletion action again.

If you cannot access the in-app deletion control
If you cannot sign in, cannot access the Community account screen, or permanent deletion appears to have completed but the old kennel is still visible, contact My Kennel Support for help.
When contacting support about account deletion, tell us the Community sign-in email address and, if known, your display name or kennel name so we can identify the correct request.
My Kennel Support does not need your Community password, full card number, security code or online banking credentials to help with an account deletion request.
